Hey Andrea,

Sorry, could not find another "contact you" spot.

Its Josh with the four boys from your Cheyenne Mtn 50K!
Hope you are doing well and i jsut read your last blog which was awesome! I have some of the same thoughts about a few of the things you talked about....................

Anyway, I have a question for you as a Race Director. I am looking into expanding my own Coaching Services by offering Lactate Threshold testing out of my house but am also considering make a moblile testing service. I would like to be able to travel with it and do on-site testing. As a race director, what is you opinion on having a service like this at a race. I know that it would not be for the racers, but if it was advertised, I think there might be some spectators (especially at long course events) that would consider useing that time to set up sport specific training zones.

i am still alittle ways off from having this up and going so am working on some idea colaberations right now. I would love any feedback you could offer!

Hope you are doing great!

I have been a scout all my life and have been to many flag retirement ceremonies where a flag that is old, torn or faded is burned in a way that shows the up most respect. Driving around if you look you will see these types of flags and rather than having them just tossed in the trash a proper ceremony does justice for what it represents.
As to the other parts of the boy scouts I feel that is a conversation for later.

Much love glad you are getting some MOJO back. I seem to find myself there at times as well.

There are more races around the corner. I am happy to have found my balance and my happiness. I admit I miss traveling the world, but I know the world will still be there when I am ready again.

You coming to the Dragoons with Epic Endurance Events in January? I think everyone thinks you are the fa shizzle of an announcer and Epic wouldn't be the same without you :)

Andrea,

I am excited that you nailed your goal. It is always about the journey and it looks like you rocked it. I am sorry for the days challenges but I am pretty sure another race is just around the corner.
Keep it up.

Inspiring read and I hope that you feel like and know that you hit all your goals for the First CMTR! I was a great experience for me and I will be back with the support of my crew. I also really enjoyed how you spoke of surrounding yourself with the right people in the blog. That is something that I have tried to do in life as well!

Part of of an epic adventure, I see. Discovering all personal strength. Not all fun and games. There is a cool magazine of success stories I like to read "Inc." Inspiring for personal financial freedom from people who did it. When you climb this one as you have others, Wow!

I think you are strong and brave. Glad you have the presence of mind to listen to your own heart. I am glad you've been honest w/ this experience because I know other people in your shoes in the world of sport. Your honesty helps them. Have fun with 6.0. Sounds like a good guy! Take care!
